Recycle bins are emptied.
General Cleaning

Cleaning of laundry rooms, balconies and porches.
Pest Control

Preventive pest treatment of common areas and building perimeters. Helps reduce the ant and spider problems.
Trash Collection

Large trash bins are emptied.
Tree Trimming

Trees are trimmed for both building safety and to provide a nice canopy throughout the property.
